TECHNOLOGY, EDUCATION AND "OTHERNESS"

The NY Times was full of interesting information today. It seems
that "trust" by the "techies" in their pioneering work on developing the web
here in the United States has fully been taken advantage of by "others" and
taken to directions not envisioned by the creators. The joy of realizing
that something new and valuable to all of us, something that could be shared
instantly and fully world-wide, has come crashing down like the Trade Towers
in New York City.

While our education is struggling to remain free and "public" what
passes for education in other parts of the world is used - very much like
the totalitarian educational systems used in Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy,
Imperial Japan and communist systems everywhere - to INDOCTRINATE children
to become automatons following the dictates of perverts who want to control
the world.

The tools - people like "terrorists" everywhere - are "others"
deliberately educated to subvert their human instincts to hate an enemy that
their masters command them to attack at the cost of their lives and the
lives of as many innocents as possible. Replacing human discourse, exchange
of information and products in the market place of commerce and ideas, they
merely subvert the will to live entire lives and dedicate themselves to
murder. Somehow this resonates within them as rational and good.

These tools - the murderers - are not "militants" or "guerrillas"
or "freedom fighters" when they use terrorist tactics in the way
demonstrated daily throughout the world. They are "others" bent and damaged
but still very effective in rendering flesh and blood humans to just flesh
and blood.

Such people become "others". They are not like you and me and I
have come to the conclusion that we cannot deal with them like we deal with
each other. The so-called war against terror that we have proclaimed we are
waging is impossible because their education is working and using our
education against us. "Otherness" has harnessed our education and
technology to punish us. Carol's Evaluation: 10 out of 10
